Becoming royalty in BitLife may seem like pure luck. You start new lives, hope to be born into a royal family, and keep trying until you get the title you want. Many players spend hours rerolling without ever becoming King or Queen.
The biggest mistake is thinking every royal title can reach the throne. In most cases, only certain royal titles have a clear path to becoming King or Queen. Choosing the right country and starting with the right royal rank can save you a lot of time.

01 · The Routes
There are only two routes. Everything else is a myth.
Fast & reliable
This is the fast route and the reliable one. Start a new life in a country with a monarchy. There is a small chance the game places you in the royal family. Most attempts fail. That is normal. You reroll until it works.
Slow · rarely rules
You start as a commoner and marry into the family. This is slower and harder. Royals are rare in the dating pool, and they are picky.
It also has a catch most guides skip. Marrying in gives you a royal title, but it rarely puts you in line for the throne. If your goal is to actually rule, being born royal is the better path.
Guaranteed · paid
God Mode adds a drop-down at character creation. You can choose Commoner or any royal rank directly.
That removes luck entirely. It costs real money, and it is the only guaranteed method in the game. Whether that is worth it depends on how much rerolling you can tolerate.

02 · Countries
Royalty only exists where a real monarchy exists today. Being born in the United States means you can never be royal, no matter how many times you reroll. There are around 17 countries with royal families in the game.

Usually Prince or Princess only
In non-European countries, the game usually only offers the Prince or Princess option. The top of the ladder works differently, and in some countries you simply cannot reach it.
Japan and the United Arab Emirates are the clearest examples. You can be born royal there, but the King and Queen achievements are not obtainable. Rerolling for a royal family is much quicker on BitLife for PC.
So if your goal is the Monarch achievement, pick a European monarchy. The United Kingdom, Monaco and Denmark are the safest choices. If you just want the wealth and the lifestyle, any monarchy works fine.
03 · Method 1
Being born into a royal family is the easiest way to become King or Queen.
Start a new life.
Choose a country with a monarchy, such as the United Kingdom or Monaco.
Check your character at birth to see if you were born into a royal family.
If you are not a Prince or Princess, start a new life and try again.
If you are born as a Prince or Princess, keep playing because you have the best chance of reaching the throne.
You may need several tries before you are born into a royal family. These tips can save time:
Being a Prince or Princess does not make you the ruler yet. You need to stay in the royal family until it is your turn to inherit the throne.
After the current King or Queen dies, you can inherit the throne if you are next in line. Once you become the ruler, you unlock special royal actions and can continue your family’s royal legacy. Apple players can use the same country list from BitLife for iOS.

You can also become part of the royal family through marriage.
Grow up until you can date.
Look for someone with a royal title.
Build a good relationship.

Marrying a royal gives you a royal title and a wealthy lifestyle. However, it does not always make you the King or Queen or put you first in line for the throne.
Have children with your royal partner. Your children may be born into the royal family, giving them a better chance of becoming future rulers.
05 · Method 3
God Mode is a premium feature that gives you more control when creating a new life.
It lets you:
God Mode cannot make you King or Queen instantly. You still need to play the game and inherit the throne through the normal royal system.
If you enjoy playing royal lives, God Mode can save a lot of time because you do not need to keep starting new lives. It is a one-time purchase and stays on your account.
06 · On the Throne
When you become King or Queen, you unlock special royal actions. You can perform royal duties, manage your reputation, make important decisions, and enjoy the benefits of being the ruler.
Stay out of trouble and keep your respect high. Poor decisions and scandals can damage your reputation and affect your royal life.
One of the best parts of BitLife is creating a royal family that lasts for generations. Have children, continue playing as your heir, and keep the crown in your family for as long as possible.
07 · Common Mistakes
Rerolling without checking the country first. If the country has no monarchy, no amount of rerolling produces a royal.
Playing out a life as a Duke hoping for promotion. Lower titles do not climb the ladder. It is a reroll.
Marrying a royal and expecting to rule. You become a consort. Plan for your children instead.
Committing crimes as a young royal. Scandal costs positions that took a hundred rerolls to get.
Renouncing the title when prompted. The game will offer it. Decline.

No. Duke, Count, and Baron titles are royal but sit outside the line of succession, so they cannot inherit the throne. If your goal is to rule, any title below Prince or Princess is a reroll.
Be born a Prince or Princess in a country with a monarchy, avoid scandal and crime so you keep your place in the line of succession, then age up until the current monarch dies and the crown passes to you.

No. God Mode only removes the country lottery by letting you choose where you are born. You can reach royalty free by rerolling into a royal country, or by marrying a royal partner and continuing as your royal child.
Start living in countries with a monarchy, check your title immediately at birth rather than playing out a childhood, and reroll straight away if the title is below Prince or Princess. Checking early is what makes rerolling fast.
Yes. Scandal, serious crime, and reputation damage can cost you your position, and the game will sometimes offer you the chance to renounce your title voluntarily. Decline it if you are chasing the throne.
